Già attesissima la nuova edizione di Friuli doc, l’imperdibile appuntamento  che, in uno dei periodi più belli dell’anno, trasforma la città di Udine in un tripudio di storia, cultura e tradizioni della nostra regione. Un evento la cui unicità è ben nota al di là dei confini regionali e nazionali, vissuto ogni anno da migliaia di persone che non rinunciano alle suggestioni e alle emozioni che la conquista del piacere e della conoscenza ti trasmettono.

È un’occasione per recuperare i ritmi esistenziali naturali, un’occasione di incontro, di condivisione, nella splendida cornice della città di Udine che offre percorsi di rara bellezza e magiche atmosfere. Ogni angolo è una sorpresa, un segreto che si svela, un nutrimento per la mente, uno stimolo che alimenta l’interesse e la curiosità, un’opportunità per arricchirsi riducendo le barriere che ci dividono e trovando dei punti di contatto.

Friuli doc ha il merito di valorizzare ogni aspetto della storia e della cultura locale, per un pubblico certo eterogeneo che può assaporare di questa grande festa ciò che ritiene più interessante e piacevole o immergersi completamente nella ricchezza di una terra meravigliosa e resistente alla forza d’urto del Tempo.

Si parla di valori che distinguono e caratterizzano, tramandati di generazione in generazione perché non vadano perduti, un patrimonio genetico. Prosegue così il progetto intrapreso dall’Amministrazione comunale che dedica ogni edizione di Friuli doc a una delle aree turistiche regionali.

Protagonisti dell’edizione 2006 i colori e i sapori del Tarvisiano, del Gemonese e delle incantevoli Valcanale, Canal del Ferro e Val Resia, un’area per molti aspetti incontaminata, un paradiso naturale dai paesaggi di intensa bellezza, una flora e una fauna ricchissime, un patrimonio museale che custodisce storia, scienza, tecnologia, ma anche leggende e antiche tradizioni, una terra di artigiani dalla maestria incantatrice, un’enogastronomia di eccelsa qualità, il profilo di una terra in cui l’uomo e la natura sono le uniche forze dominanti.

The latest edition of Friuli doc (meaning “made in Friuli”), has been long and eagerly awaited.  This not-to-be-missed occasion, held at one of the most beautiful times of year, transforms the city of Udine into a jubilant celebration of the history, culture and traditions of the Friuli region. The event, whose singularity is well-known beyond the borders of Friuli and even of Italy, is experienced every year by thousands of people who succumb to its charm and excitement and allow themselves to be conquered by enjoyment, acquaintance and understanding. 

It is a time for getting back in touch with the natural rhythms of life, a time for meeting and for sharing, in the exquisite setting of the city of Udine with its rare beauty and magical atmospheres. Every corner brings new surprises and unveils more secrets, nourishing the mind with a stimulation that whets the interest and curiosity; an opportunity to enrich oneself, knock down the barriers that divide us and get in touch with one another.

Friuli doc succeeds in sharing all aspects of the local history and culture with a diverse public who are free to pick out and savour the parts of this great festival that they find most interesting and enjoyable, or else immerse themselves completely in the richness of a beautiful area that has withstood the pressures of Time.

Values, passed down and preserved from generation to generation, add distinction and character to Friuli’s genetic heritage, a tradition continued by the Town Council which dedicates each edition of Friuli doc to one of the region’s tourist areas.

Featuring in the 2006 edition are the colours and flavours of Tarvisiano and Gemonese and the enchanting Valcanale, Canel del Ferro and Val Resia. This largely unpolluted area is a natural paradise with countryside of intense beauty, rich flora and fauna and a museum heritage housing history, science and technology but also legends and ancient traditions. This is a land of craftsmen of astounding skill and of food and wine of the highest quality where man and nature are the only dominating forces.

Bereits stark erwartet wird die neue Ausgabe von Friuli doc, die unverzichtbare Veranstaltung, die in einer der schönsten Jahreszeiten die Stadt Udine zu einem Schmelzkessel von Geschichte, Kultur und Traditionen unserer Region verwandelt. Ein Ereignis, dessen Einzigartigkeit auch jenseits der regionalen und nationalen Grenzen wohl bekannt ist und jedes Jahr von Tausenden Personen miterlebt wird, die nicht auf die Eindrücke und Emotionen verzichten, die ihnen die Eroberung des Vergnügens und des Wissens vermitteln.

Es handelt sich um eine Gelegenheit, um die grundlegenden natürlichen Rhythmen wieder zu erlangen, sowie eine Gelegenheit für Begegnung und Anteilnahme im herrlichen Rahmen der Stadt Udine, die Wege von seltener Schönheit und zauberhafte Atmosphären bietet. Jeder Winkel birgt eine Überraschung, ein zu enthüllendes Geheimnis, eine Nährung für den Geist, eine Anregung, die das Interesse und die Neugier erweckt, eine Gelegenheit um sich durch Überwinden der uns trennenden Sperren und Finden von Berührungspunkten zu bereichern.

Friuli doc hat den Verdienst, jeden Aspekt der Geschichte und der lokalen Kultur gegenüber einem gewiss vielfältigen Publikum zur Geltung zu bringen, das dieses große Fest, d.h. das, was es davon für am interessantesten oder vergnüglichsten hält, genießen oder vollkommen in den Reichtum eines herrlichen und der Gewalt der Zeiten widerstehenden Gebietes versinken kann.

Die Rede ist von Werten, die unterscheiden und kennzeichnen, die von Generation zu Generation überliefert werden, damit sie nicht verloren gehen: ein genetisches Besitztum. So wird das von der Kommunalverwaltung eingeleitete Projekt fortgesetzt, die jede Ausgabe von Friuli doc einem der regionalen Gebiete des Tourismus widmet.

Protagonisten der Ausgabe 2006 sind die Farben und Geschmacksrichtungen der Gebiete um Tarvisio und Gemona sowie die reizvollen Täler Valcanale, Canal del Ferro und Val Resia. Dabei handelt es sich um ein hinsichtlich vieler Aspekte ursprüngliches Gebiet, ein natürliches Paradies von intensiver Schönheit mit einer äußerst reichen Flora und Fauna, ein museales Besitztum, das Geschichte, Wissenschaft, Technologie, aber auch Legenden und antike Traditionen verwahrt, ein Gebiet der Handwerker mit bezaubernder Geschicklichkeit, eine Önogastronomie von herausragender Qualität, das Profil eines Gebietes, in dem der Mensch und die Natur die einzigen dominierenden Kräfte sind.
